A Work in Progress

March 22, 2007

I have been working with the The Morlock Foundation for about one month.
The communication thus far has been positive. We are able to communicate through e-mail in a timely and effective manner. However, there are instances where the information lacks specificity. Since I don’t meet with The Morlock Foundation on a regular basis, it is important that I clearly communicate through e-mail in order to do our job properly and meet expectations. Since we have only met once it is difficult to grasp all of Carmaletta’s needs. While e-mailing is a good tool, sometimes to face communication is what we really need.
We have scheduled a meeting for April 11th. This will give me an opportunity to
Submit some of the work and raise any concerns that I have. Hopefully, the meeting will help everyone and meet everyone’s expectations.
I am very excited about the opportunity to work with this organization. The
Morlock Foundation has inspired me to consider the future. As a second semester junior, I feel that this is an appropriate time to begin thinking about my future goals. The foundation has provided me with an opportunity to examine what my interest and goals truly are.
