What’s Hot
1. My first Halloween!
2. Tights: pink, black, patterned, and I’ll even accept fishnets.
3. Hockey (Ice hockey for all those Down Under). Saw my first game on Friday and loved it!
4. Stephanie from the Sandwich bar in the Union - service with a smile, and a spook-tacular day to you too, Steph!
5. The smell of choc-chip bikkies… biscuits…cookies. What evs. You know what I mean. And thanks to the generous people who willingly shared their’s with me!

What’s Not
1. Padded bums. Mental note: the inevitable sagging of a tissue-stuffed, wiggling booty (spotted walking around campus, would you believe) is never a good look. Ever. I don’t care if J-Lo did it.
2. Not having Halloween in Australia. No dressing up, no trick or treating, nothing.
3. Unoriginal, skanky costumes scarring my eyes.
4. A pumpkin shortage.
5. Fringes (bangs) that take forever to grow out.

3. People who talk during a movie.
4. Learning to dress for winter…where to put all those layers.
5. High heels with trackies. Yes, spotted last week in my lecture. On a rainy day. A tragedy.
