The infamous author of the annual worst dress list passes away Sunday at the age of 86. He was said to be half way through the 2008 list but unless someone decides to continue for him we will have to end will the 2007 list. I’m not too sure Victoria Beckham will be happy to know that she was at the top of Mr. Blackwell’s (Richard Selzer) last worst dressed list.
